We offer a limited 30-day return policy. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item received is damaged or different from what was ordered. A clear, continuous unboxing video from the sealed package is mandatory for all return or exchange requests—claims without video proof will not be accepted. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, size or color preferences, minor color variations, sale items, digital products, gift cards, personal care items, or exempt categories. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection, and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
